Disappointing Experience with Staff Behavior

My two friends and I stayed at this establishment for three nights, and unfortunately, our experience was marred by extremely poor behavior from the staff. It felt like they treated us with disdain, as if saying, "This is who we are, and if you don't like it, tough luck." Nowhere did they communicate any rules or guidelines, instead assuming that guests should conform to their liking, which is simply unacceptable. During our stay, a friend came to visit us and stayed for just half an hour due to the high temperature outside. Out of courtesy, I informed the staff that my friend would be joining us in my room for a brief chat. However, they made a huge scene about it and reluctantly allowed the visit for a mere 10 minutes. Exactly 10 minutes later, one staff member came to the room and abruptly informed us that our time was up, while simultaneously, another staff member started calling from the reception area. When we descended to the reception, the person there shouted at us to leave, displaying an alarming level of aggression. It was clear that he was always on edge and seemed eager to pick a fight. Such rude and hostile behavior towards paying customers is entirely unacceptable, especially from a business supposedly in the hospitality industry. I sincerely hope that this review prompts the management to reconsider their staff's behavior and approach towards guests. It's imperative for them to reflect on their actions and strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all patrons.

A good hotel to stay. Good location to visit Fort Kochi, Marine Drive and Railway station. There was a slight confusion on Breakfast, but they were ready to arrange just for our group. Otherwise the service was good. I would definitely recommend them. The rooms are spacious and neat. There is no restaurants attached, but you have some options near by.

Value for money. Good location, in TDM hall road. Deluxe room was spacious & bright. Good aircon & shower pressure. Breakfast was freshly prepared & we could order our egg variation. Lift was a little odd.

We booked this hotel for a night Considering it being nearby to Ernakulam South Railway station during our Kerala trip. Our executive room bed was large enough to to sleep 4 people( 2 adults + 2 kids) Area of improvement is breakfast seemed to be brought from outside and it was cold Hotel Was well maintained and different compared to other hotels with artistic flavour Recommended for families for overnight stay

Booking a room months in advance, I paid a cheap rate of Rs.1309 that turned out to be excellent value. The hotel is in a side street and set back down a driveway. A pleasant man checked me in at midnight. Room 202 had two single beds pushed together. Quality linen and pillows meant a good sleep, as did the lack of light entering the room. The aircon was quiet and very fast to cool the room. It lacked a refrigerator, which would be a welcome addition. There was one bedside table and a lamp oddly placed between the bedhead and the wall. A desk and good chair was to the side of the door, as was a luggage shelf, an essential feature missing in many hotels. A flatscreen TV, kettle and a small amount of tea bags were on offer. There was a large wardrobe but no safety deposit box. The roomy bathroom had a terrific shower with very hot water. Small shampoo, conditioner and bath foam bottles plus soap were there, but the toilet paper roll was mostly devoid and there was not another. Fortunately I had some. Breakfast is served from a rather late start of 0800 hours. The area looked trendy. WiFi was first class. A glass bottle of drinking water was in the room. Overall, a great introduction to India.
